1. New Registration / Login / Password forgotten

New registration
Some fiels are what are known as mandaory fields. If these fields are not filled out or incomplete, so these fields will be sign red after "save/send".

Enter your registrated login name
If your email has been found by the systems, you will receive an email with your password immediately after the passowrd inquiry has been sent off. Should you have any problems, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

2. Article informations (prices, PU, dress sizes, call up items and place items in the shopping basket)

Call up items
With the Product groups or Search-function (keyword or item number without the version number) The search results are be signed.

Item details
If you click on Details or on the picture, the details description of the item will be displayed together with a enlareged picture. Also the avaiable versions (dress sizes, colours etc.) and Packing units (PU) and prices will be shown.

Place items in the shopping basket
Click into the item details and give the PU in the quantity field and click on the basket symbol.

for example: 1 PU = 100 pieces

When you put 2 in the basket, you will get 200 pieces from this item.
All prices are incl. the german value added tax (for enduser) additional the frightcosts

Products that contain food cannot be taken back. Export to USA is not possible.

3. Open a new basket

  1. Should you are registrated, please login with your data in the shopsystem.
  2. Call up items via product groups or item search.
  3. Click on details and put the items in the basket with the needed quantity and basket symbol. look for PU informations
    Your basket will be showed automatically. Do you need more items please repeat step 2 and 3.
  4. Do you need a different delivery address instead of you personal data ?
  5. Chose delivery type.
  6. Basket value and frightcost will be showed. For delivery countries, which the shop couldn´t determinated the frightcosts, your order will be broken and your basket will be sent to us for the frightcosts calculation.
  7. Inserd payment method.
  8. Check order.
  9. Accept terms of us.
  10. Send order.
  11. After few minutes you will get a email to your filed email address, that we receipt your order.
For baskets which the shopsystem could not calculate the freightcosts.
Please be appreciative that for some delivery countries the freightcosts could not be calculated in advance via the shop.
Until the freightcost determination, your basket will showed in "Baskets" and will be sign especially . After the determination you will get a separate email.
Attention: After the calculation of the freightcosts the basket could not be change!!!!! You have only the alternative to cancel it.

  1. Login with your data.
  2. Click on "Baskets".
  3. Click on your basket.
  4. Attention: This basket could not be change - it could only be cancel.
  5. Please follow the steps and the basket value and the freightcosts will be shown.
  6. Do you accept the freightcost ???
  7. Insert payment method.
  8. Check order.
  9. Accept terms of us.
  10. Send order.
  11. After few minutes you will get a email to your filed email address, that we receipt your order.

4. Minimum order value / delivery types / Freightcosts

Minimum order value
For private orders = 40,00 Euro

Delivery types
Standard:
Delivery in: Germany
As a rule items will be shipped within one week of the order beeing received (when the items are on stock).

Delivery in: outside Germany
The delivery is different depending on delivery country. It needs between 1 and 3 weeks. Supplier country: only in Germany
Within Germany the items will be shipped to you next working day. Outside Germany the delivery times via Express could be variable. Orders that are identified as such and received by 12:00 hours will be processed and shipped appropriately on the same day so that the shipment is delivered on the following day by about 12 midday..
Express cost addition

Freightcosts
The freightcosts result of deliver country, weights of goods and packing. The freightcosts will be showed in your order process. (only for private orders).

Payment method:
As enduser your have following possibilities:

  • Credit card (Master oder Visa)
  • Bank collection only in Germany possible.
  • Payment in advance. After receipt of your order we will send you a separate email only with your bank data. After repeipt your payment we will send your items to you.

5. Newsletter & Events

If you wish via email newsletter and informations about event, so sign it in your registration or after your login in your "Personal data".
Should you don´t want any newsletter or event informations, you have the possibility to deactivate after your login in your "Personal data" or you send us an email to: heidelberg-selection-shop-newsletter@henze.de
